Welcome to the IPO Timetable!
In order to prepare the registration statement, a series of planning and review meetings ("all-hands" meetings) are held with company officials (XYZ), the company's counsel (CC), the underwriters (U) and their counsel (UC), and the company's accountants (A). A timetable for the offering is agreed on at these meetings. We have provided a typical timetable for a public offering.
